01Our services

We provide cockroach control for residential homes in Mumbai under an Annual Plan. The plan uses an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach: inspection, mapping, proofing, physical removal, and targeted treatment only where required.

Bedbug control and other services will be offered separately once launched.

02The Annual Plan

• The plan runs for 12 months from the date of your first service visit.
• It covers unlimited visits for cockroach control during those 12 months, scheduled as our team considers necessary to manage the infestation.
• The plan covers the single home address given at booking. It cannot be transferred to another address or person.
• The price depends on your home size (1 RK, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK or 4 BHK). If the home size given at booking is found to be incorrect, we may ask you to pay the difference or offer a refund of the difference.

03Booking and payment

• Prices shown on the website include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken in full, online, at the time of booking through our payment partner. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Our team will call you to agree the date and time of your first inspection visit.

04Service area

We currently serve homes in Mumbai. If your address falls outside the areas we serve, we will inform you and refund your payment in full.

05Your responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the home at the agreed time, including kitchens, bathrooms, storage areas and appliances.
• Follow the preparation and aftercare advice our technician gives you, such as keeping treated areas undisturbed for the advised period.
• Tell us before the visit about anyone in the home who is pregnant, has allergies or respiratory conditions, and about any pets, so we can plan safely.
• Treat our technicians with courtesy and respect. We may stop a visit if a technician's safety or dignity is at risk.

06Scheduling and missed visits

We will try to accommodate your preferred date and time slot. If you need to reschedule, please tell us at least 24 hours before the visit. If our technician arrives and cannot access the home, the visit may be treated as completed, and a new visit will be scheduled.

07Results

Cockroach control depends on biology and on conditions in and around the home, such as shared drains, neighbouring units, moisture and food access. We commit to managing your infestation through the plan period, but we cannot guarantee that no cockroach will ever be seen. Where activity returns during the plan, we will visit again at no extra cost.

08Treatments and safety

We use physical and non-chemical methods first. Where treatment is needed, we use targeted gel placed in cracks and crevices, applied by trained technicians following label instructions. Our technician will explain any precautions before starting.

09Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.

10Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care during every visit. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions in the property.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
