• Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address.
• Service details: your home address, pincode, home size, preferred visit dates and notes about your pest problem.
• Order details: the plan you bought, the amount paid and your payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner and are never stored by us.
• Visit records: inspection notes, treatment details and follow-up history for your home.
• Website data: basic technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies used by our website platform.

02Why we use it

• To confirm bookings, schedule visits and send your technician to the right address.
• To process payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting requirements.
• To contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your plan and visits.
• To handle complaints, refunds and service follow-ups.
• To improve our service and website.

We will only send you offers or marketing messages if you agree to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

03Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to deliver our service:

• Our technicians and service team, to carry out your visits.
• Our website, payment and communication providers, including Zoho and our payment gateway, which process data on our behalf.
• Government or legal authorities, when required by law.

04How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your plan is active and for up to [3] years after it ends, so we can handle follow-ups and warranty questions. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, currently 8 years. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

05How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices, including access limited to staff who need it, secure hosted platforms and encrypted payment processing. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of any breach as required by law.

06Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data, where we do not need to keep it by law.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.
• Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

08Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
